MotionMark ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data MotionMark handles, how it is stored, and your rights regarding that data.

Your Videos Stay Yours

All videos and annotations you create in MotionMark are stored locally on your device. We never upload, access, analyze, or share your video content with any external server or third party.

Free Tier

On the free tier, all your videos and data are stored exclusively on the device where you recorded or imported them. No data leaves your device.

Premium Tier & iCloud Sync

Premium subscribers can opt in to iCloud sync, which makes your videos available across your Apple devices signed in to the same iCloud account. This sync is handled entirely by Apple's iCloud infrastructure — MotionMark does not operate its own servers.

iCloud data is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Analytics & Crash Reports

MotionMark may receive anonymous crash reports and aggregate usage statistics through Apple's built-in analytics framework, but only if you have opted in to share analytics with app developers in your device Settings. This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally. We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs.

No Advertising or Data Selling

MotionMark contains no advertising and does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties.

Children's Privacy

MotionMark is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
